For many Ukrainian refugees, the journey to Minnesota is fraught with challenges, not least of which is finding stable employment. Navigating a new job market, understanding local employment norms, and presenting oneself effectively to potential employers can be daunting tasks. Recognizing these hurdles, the UACCMN has developed a targeted program to address these issues head-on, helping refugees bridge the gap between their previous experiences and new opportunities in the United States.
